  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing orders.

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

  • Use our platform in a lawful and respectful manner.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order using our supported payment methods.

  • Prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes and delivery fees unless otherwise noted.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, traffic, and order volume.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided.

  • If no one is available, we reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your order within 1 to 2 days of making the payment to be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 6 to 8 business days after cancellation approval.

  • Once food preparation has started or the order is out for delivery, cancellations are no longer accepted.

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

While we strive to accommodate various dietary needs, all food is prepared in a shared kitchen environment. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. Please review item descriptions carefully and contact us with any concerns before ordering.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, or any fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
