We at Nirmala’s Home Kitchen take pride in our handmade products. Due to the nature of our items (especially food products), we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
When Are Refunds Accepted?
- If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong item.
- If the package is undelivered/lost due to our mistake.
- We do not offer any return if any product is damaged/expired. Refund will be applicable.
To Request a Refund:
- Email us at support@nirmalashomekitchen.com within 2 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID, a clear photo of the item, and your concern.
Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
Note: We do not offer refunds for:
- Taste preference
- Delays due to courier service
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses
